Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CP Deals (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms form a binding contract between you and CP Deals ("we," "us"). If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18). By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in our sole discretion and without notice.

Acceptable Use

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content via automated means without our written permission.
• Use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' enjoyment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property

User Content & Seller Rules

By submitting deals or materials to the Site ("User Content"), you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose. We reserve the right to reformat or edit your submissions to fit the platform’s standards and promotional needs without further approval.

All submissions must strictly adhere to our quality guidelines. We do not permit deals involving adult products, pornography, violence, or any offensive material. Furthermore, sellers are prohibited from submitting duplicate deals or engaging in spamming activities. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

We maintain absolute discretion over all platform content. We reserve the right to remove, screen, or edit any User Content at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Additionally, we hold the authority to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules or disrupt the community, with no liability for any resulting loss of data or access.

Affiliate Links & Commerce

The Site contains links to third-party retailers. We may earn a commission when you purchase through these links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Your transaction is with the retailer, not with us. We are not a party to and have no responsibility for any purchase you make.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
