Copyright Notice

What you can — and can't — do with the things we publish. The short version: read freely, link generously, ask before you republish.

At deals.christianpost.com, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. As a curated deals platform, we publish online discount and promotional information from various sources, including content submitted by registered users who voluntarily share offers or other related information.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning any content made available on www.deals.christianpost.com and any associated digital properties owned or operated by deals.christianpost.com, including website, mobile applications, and official social media accounts (collectively, the "Site").

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content available on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA-compliant notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notification must include the following:

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please be aware that any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted to our Site was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, for the District of Columbia), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complaining party initiates legal action within the time period required by law.
